Our approach is to educate disadvantaged youth and their families on the case by case, the services that we provide have a major impact on communities were property is a particularly acute problem. It is our contention that the following programs will be imperative to redeveloping Family and Community Action and Awareness.
These programs are designed to assist youth and their families with obtaining and securing Education, Employment, Social Skills and Self-sufficiency
Through our street outreach efforts, we aim to establish deep connections, foster trust, and promote long term healing with in South Central Los Angeles by serving over 1500 youth and families with quality after school programming, that leads to Job Placement. This impact will reduce homelessness and food instability

As the Executive Director of CHAPTER T.W.O., A Gangs Intervention and Community Organization, my responsibilities include successful mediation between rival gangs, active engagement in peace mediation , preventive initiatives in schools, and various activities such as ensuring safe passage for students navigating through different neighborhood's, job placement for at-risk youth, and intervention for families finding healing after the loss of a loved one.
With over a decade of full-time involvement as a local gang interventionist, I hold a seat on the Southern California Cease Fire Executive Committee, orchestrating truces and dialogues among members from diverse neighborhoods to curb violence. as an integral member of the hardcore Gang Intervention Specialist Program, I play a pivotal role in this movement .
Acknowledged for my impactful contributions, I recived a Certification of Commendation from Martin Ludlow, former Councilmember from the 10th District, a Letter of Commendation form the Office of The California State Attorney General, and a Community Leadership Award from A.B.LE. (Association for Better Living and Education ). As a participant in the Los Angeles Violence Intervention Academy (LAVITA) , specializing in Intervention Certification, I've spoken at Congressional Hearings, offering insights on addressing violence in Los Angeles.
Our team is made up of case managers, community interventionist workers, School-Based Safe Passage Workers and other community based professionals who are passionate about supporting wellness and enrichment of our communities.
In fostering collaboration between our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization withq community-based partners, we aim to create a dynamic synergy that leverages the unique strengths of each entity to achieve shared goals and maximize positive impact. Through open communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to inclusivity, this collaboration seeks to address local challenges, empower community members, and promote sustainable solutions. By pooling resources, expertise, and networks, we can amplify our collective efforts, driving meaningful change and fostering a stronger, more resilient community."
